Thanks for posting the link.
I just bought a 4' fiberglass antenna kit for $24. You get a cord, antenna and mounting stuff. Flying J I noticed at HH your running a mag mounted one. I had a magnetic mount one, but the whip was way tall so it would fall over all the time. After draging in for a while on the trail (now broken) I figured I better get a fixed mount. I also pick up a fold over attachement so I can fold it down when needed, and a spring to keep it from busting off the mounting stud while offroad. |

They are out of stock on Re-furbished units. But have new units for $99 but then it ask for tuning options. Stock is free and they offer tow options one for $19 and one for $39. I called but no answer. e-bay has a lot of them too. Found several sites that offer Peaked & Tuned,Swing Kit, and Talk Back for $30

The radio in my Scout now, I had this outfit do for me. I can peak a radio, but I had these guys do some mods to the actual Board. My radio without the amp will put out 50watts I'm also taking the Ham test and should be good to go in less then a month.
