Interest in our fuel systems components and carburetor offerings for all IHC-produced product lines has increased significantly over the last year, so we're going to streamline the process for making inquiries and ordering associated products. Over the next several weeks you will see many additional items added to the inventory which will be available either through the online store or by calling IHON directly at 916.652.4706 during normal business hours.
Here is a taste of what we're offering now and in the future. Keep in mind, any reconditioned carburetor we might have available is subject to stock on hand and also is highly dependent upon us having serviceable cores to work with. It is ALWAYS more desirable to have your existing carburetor core reconditioned by us, most of the time YOUR core is correct for the vehicle you are dealing with. If you have ANY questions in that regard, please contact us directly by phone or email so we can advise you regarding what is the best solution for your needs! ************************************************** ************************** Price List for Carburetor Reconditioning (includes normal parts, labor, and testing, additional parts such as float(s), reconditioned main well (1904), throttle shaft, electric choke conversion, etc. will be priced depending upon if the part(s) are new or used/reconditioned: Holley 1904 (add $45 for reconditioned main well if needed): $135 Holley 1920: $135 Holley 1940: $160 Holley 22XX: $175 Holley 2300: $135 Holley 4150: $175 Holley 4160: $160 Any Carter AFB/Edelbrock "Performer" series: $160 Any Carter AVS/Edelbrock "Thunder" series: $160 Any Carter Thermoquad ** Any Weber DGxx series: $115 ** Until we can obtain decent Thermoquad cores for rebuilding and parts supply, we're suspending any service operations for these items. Reconditioning of Holley, Carter, Rochester Quadrajet, or Weber models not listed will be quoted upon request. **Prices subject to change without notice”** ************************************************** ************************** Price List for Reconditioned Carburetors (subject to inventory availability): Please contact us directly to discuss EXACTLY which product is best for your needs. There were MANY variations of what appear to be the same carburetor used over the years, sometimes we can supply an EXACT match to the carburetor that was OEM on your vehicle, or we can supply a carburetor that will work equally as well but NOT be an exact replacement. Holley 1904: $245 Holley 1920: $255 Holley 1940: $275 Holley 22XX: $255 Holley 2300 (manual choke): $245 Holley 2300 (hot air choke): $255 Holley 2300 (electric choke): $265 Holley 4150 (manual choke): $250 Holley 4150 (hot air choke): $260 Holley 4160 (manual choke): $240 Holley 4160 (divorced choke): $250 Carter AFB/Edelbrock "Performer" series (manual choke): $225 Carter AFB/Edelbrock "Performer" series (electric choke): $235 Carter AVS/Edelbrock "Thunder" series (manual choke): $285 Carter AVS/Edelbrock "Thunder" series (electric choke): $295 Weber DGxx series (manual choke): $220 Weber DGxx series (electric choke): $230 Reconditioned Holley, Carter, Quadrajet, or Weber models not listed will be quoted upon request. A $100 core charge will be added to all carburetors sold outright. IF a customer has a suitable serviceable carburetor core for exchange, it may be returned to us for evaluation. IF the core is useable to us we will issue a refund of up to $100. **Prices subject to change without notice** ************************************************** ************************** In addition to all the above categories, we have many NEW carburetors in stock right now that are universal in application! Prices vary by model and application. As these items are put into inventory, they will appear in the online store as they are now and noted as NEW. If you have any questions regarding the suitability regarding those carburetors for YOUR application, please call us and let's determine what is best for YOU! If you may be in doubt as to the condition of your core in regards to it's ability to be reconditioned, we offer a FREE, no obligation, tear-down/inspection service for any carburetor model previously listed. Call or email to discuss before shipping, we'll advise the best/most economical method of shipping your core to us (along with a ship-to location), the customer must bear the shipping costs outbound from their location, and also will be billed for inbound shipping if return of the unusable core is desired. Once we have inspected your core, we will contact you and discuss our findings. We will NOT perform any further work without your explicit authorization! NO SURPRISES when dealing with IHON! Every carburetor we recondition is tested under actual running conditions, with basic idle mixture and idle speed adjustments performed, along with initial choke settings. Each unit will be returned with a DVD containing a set of jpegs documenting the reconditioning process of YOUR carburetor core, including shots of the part and/or model numbers for verification.

A really nice 1904 for a 152 was placed in inventory at IHON last week. Call Jeff or Darren at 916.652.4706 and see if it's still available.
The carbs we have ready to go come and go on a daily basis, so I don't know what we have most of the time from my end. And...we can do wonders with some pretty rotten 1904 cores also if you wanna go with a reconditioning process on your current unit. I'm building those on the bench nearly every day now...turnaround onna 1904 build is about 5 working days currently. If you wanna ship it to us, I'll be glad to tear it down and inspect immediately and give you an idea of what I can do with it. There is NO CHARGE for inspection, so your only cost for that is the shipping to me. Once I see whatcha got, I'll send ya some digishots to explain the findings along with the TOTAL cost involved...most of the time the prices you see right here in this thread will hold true so ya know what to budget for. Thanks for considering IHON for your work!
