With the sleeves welded in place the shackles were able to be installed completing the reverse shackle kit.







Even though this axle assembly was recently rebuilt by another shop and had very low miles we still needed to verify that all the parts were in good shape.



Good thing we checked as we found multiple problems. The axle ujoints were a rusty mess and had to be replaced along with the new wheel bearings and races that were installed backwards. The rotors were also replaced with new as they were near minumum thickness.





A Yukon 4.56 ring/pinion was installed along with a brand new PowrLok.



4* shims were welded to the perchs for final setting of the pinion and castor angles.
